Privacy.

This website provides information about Michael Da Silva’s real estate services and properties he represents.

Contacting Michael

When you submit the enquiry form, your name, email address, optional phone number, interests, and message are shared with Michael through Follow Up Boss, his contact management service, to respond to your enquiry and assist with the services you request. If that connection is unavailable, you can send your enquiry by email instead. Information is retained in Michael’s contact management account; this website does not maintain a separate contact database.

Website services

The hosting provider, Cloudflare, may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver and secure the website. Cloudflare also provides aggregate website usage and page-performance statistics. After you agree to the enquiry form’s privacy notice, Follow Up Boss’s website integration loads on the Contact page. It uses cookies or browser storage to associate your enquiry and Contact-page activity with your contact record. It is not installed on the other pages of this website. This website does not include advertising trackers or newsletter sign-up tools. Read Follow Up Boss’s privacy policy.

External links and video

Property galleries, social profiles, and other linked websites have their own privacy practices. YouTube content loads only after you choose to watch a video; YouTube may then process information according to its privacy policy.
